I went in on my lunch break to look for a particular type of bracelet. I was told that they could order the item and was shown a lot of pieces that they could order for me...I decided to maybe look at different items seeing as how I had no luck finding the original item I wanted at any store or online....I looked around and the sales lady was extremely nice and not pushy at all....I looked at necklaces and earrings and when I laid my eyes on the set I wanted for my wife I was shocked when she told me the price. I was expecting anyway from $3000-4000 and it was less than half...the quality is way above the other stores and the prices are really that much lower than the big guys....this is now my go to jewelry store and it took all of about 10 minutes to have my mind set on this place as my future go to....the atmosphere is laid back and the staff were very polite and not condescending whatsoever...you will not regret giving this place a try, you will be converted into a lifelong customer....

My husband and I LOVE Skatell's! Buying our wedding rings from them was the best decision we ever made! The staff is so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Laura was awesome helping us through the process of designing my rings and I couldn't be happier! I get so many compliments and I love that I never have to leave my ring more than two hours for anything! I never realized other stores made you send your rings off for weeks for repairs and maintenance. We will definitely return for all of our future purchases.

Just pick up my 25th wedding ring today! I was speechless when we saw it. The ring was even more spectacular than my husband and I imagined. Michael was the most informative jewerly specialist we had ever met. My husband had shopped for a year and could not come close to the quality, value and customer service we received at Skatells in Pineville.

Simply perfect. We had a custom engagement ring designed here and couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Everyone involved was extremely friendly and helpful - from taking our ideas and combining them into a ring design, to working through the design iterations with wax rings to ensure we got exactly what we wanted, to producing the final product. Plus, when after a few months we decided we wanted to change the setting (because our opinions changed, not because there was anything wrong with the original), they were great in helping us get exactly what we wanted. I can not say enough about how pleased I am with my experience at Skatell's.

My husband and I bought our wedding bands from Skatell's 5 years ago. After looking at just about every mall jewelry store in NC I knew exactly what I wanted but didn't want to pay the high mall prices. We found Skatell's via a radio advertisement. We went in to Skatell's in Pineville and I told them what I was looking for and they were able to design my perfect ring. I have been so happy with my ring, and we just upgraded to a larger diamond :) Skatell's has even resized my ring and cleaned it for free. We also purchased our wedding party's gifts at Skatell's (necklaces and flasks). The prices are great, the staff is very friendly, the selection is wonderful, and I have been recommending Skatell's for years.

I originally went here a couple of years ago to buy an engagement ring, armed with a wealth of internet knowledge only to learn I didn't know squat about diamonds. Laura took time to essentially educate me in selecting the diamond. In the end I selected a ring, which they customized and mounted a beautiful cushion cut diamond. My soon to be wife was thrilled. There is never any pressure sales, just extremely helpful service, and to top it all they can beat any price on similar quality items. I have been back several times to buy gifts, have items repaired and even custom items produced. Quality is second to none. I won't shop anywhere else. If they don't have it, or can't make it, I won't buy it. I don't generally like recommending places to friends in case they have a bad experience, but I have recommended Skatells, and everyone has had equally as great of an experience.

My fiance 'Skatell-ed' me he loved me in June of 2011. At Skatells he was able to personalize & customize my AMAZING ring by adding diamonds and my initials. The staff at Skatells are very friendly, knowledgeable and especially pleasant to work with. Whether I am getting a quick clean or getting it sized and polished I always receive the Warmest welcome and highest level of service. I am a lucky lady to have such a wonderful fiance that found such a great team to work with to design a one of a kind ring that I get to where for the rest of my life. Everywhere I go people notice my ring immediately and rave about the quality. I highly recommend Skatells and want to thank them for everything!

I recently had diamonds from one wedding ring setting placed into a new and custom made design and OMG, gorgeous ! The folks at Skettell's are so very nice and professional. They spent a long time with me helping me to make a decision which is never easy for me ! For that alone I'm so grateful. Their options of designs were numerous in comparison to the other 2 jewlers I went to for design and price quotes. Skatell's was by far the best choice. They kept me up to date with the process and the ring was ready when they said it would be. And above all, the ring is more beautiful than I pictured in my mind, the attention to the tiniest detail amazed me. Thank you to the umpteenth degree to a team of folks that obviously love what they do.

I purchased an engagement ring at Skatell's in Charlotte and couldn't be more happy with the customer service I received or the deal on the ring. There was no pressure to buy out of my budget. There were no extra fees added on the end. The diamond I bought was at a great price and most importantly my fiance loves it. After proposing, I needed the ring sized quickly before she went out of town and they came through with the great customer service they promised. I'd definitely suggest going to Skatell's.

Skatell's has such a helpful and enthusiastic staff, it makes it so much fun purchasing jewelry. My fiance and I went there to check out their engagement rings and we had the most amazing experience. We got to custom design my dream ring within our own budget! My ring is everything that I wanted and I love knowing I am the ONLY one who has it! They also include free ring cleaning anytime and however often and we got 20% off our wedding bands. We get married next month and are so excited to wear our bands. I get compliments all the time, and I really can't stress enough how friendly and helpful the entire staff has been during this process.
