Ty Hancock established the Town & Country Trim Shop in 1961 with a sewing machine and one hundred dollars in the basement of his parents store , Town & Country Sporting Goods. In 1996, when son Stephen joined, he brought his expertise of awnings and canopies and they changed the name to Shoreline Awning and Trim, Inc. Business Owner Steve grew up in a Upholstery / Canvas shop, He was sewing custom bicycle seats at the age of 9 and was taught by his father what it meant to do a job right as Steve turned into a craftsman. Steve has surrounded himself with the most experienced people in the trade that have made Shoreline Awning and Trim known in the area as the premier Canvas and Upholstery Shop in the state of Maryland.
