        so far very very good

        I took my car in as my belt came off on my taurus. They put the belt back on checked out the car and everything was fine. apparently the belt siipped of after going through a puddle. I was ready to pay for 1/2 hour labor and Mark said "Don't worry about it. There wasn't anything to fix so I'm not going to charge you." I told him, he will get many referrals.
