        Had an appointment set up,my Wife stayed home so she would not miss them, never called. I called the main office, the said they would have the estimator call me, no call. I called the estimator, left message, no call. How in God's name do they stay in business? If you can't make it as scheduled, have the courtesy to call and reschedule.
