Serenity Landscape & Home

We searched for months to find a landscaper to work with us on our yard. We had many people come out to give us estimates and we never heard from them again. We had others who gave us very large quotes and then called us constantly looking for a start date. We never felt comfortable with them. We get many flyers and I usually throw them out. But I came home from work one day and found a flyer for Damian either on our door or in a mailer (I can't remember) and something caught my attention. Maybe it was the quality of the flyer or the fact that he is a veteran or maybe that he is local to our neighborhood or maybe a combination fo the three. Whatever it was, we called him. He returned our call quickly, was on time for the appointment, was very thorough, and talked to us about different options. He was patient with us and answered all of our questions.



Damian he worked with us to figure out how we could accomplish what we wanted within our budget. It was awesome. We were also able to work through things in stages so we could plan for the immediate, phase 2, and a future phase 3. This was very helpful to us in this current economy. We had our needs, our immediate wants, and then our wish list. We have things set up so that we hope to add our wish list items soon.



Our yard is now complete. It's amazing. We had a total yard clean up, sod put down, sprinkler work done, and a patio extension using pavers. It's beautiful. I'm no longer embarrassed to have play dates at our house. We spend so much more time in our yard. Most evenings you will find all of us outside playing ball or watching the boys ride their bikes on our extended patio. The grass looks great too. We love that the weeds are gone - it was a jungle out there!



Thank you to Damian and his entire team. They were very professional and their attention to detail showed in their craftsmanship. We'll definitely recommend this company to our friend and family and we will use them again.

I have been impressed with Serenity Landscape & Home since the owner and I first talked about his taking care of my lawn and other landscaping issues. He has always done a superb job, as has his workers. I am impressed too, with their friendliness and politeness, even on the hottest of days! No task has been too large or small, each gets 100%.

I called Damian and the guys at Serenity Landscape and home. I had let my yard go over the winter months. I had so many weeds, my backyard was unrecognizable. Damian came out to my house and did an estimate for me. We set a time for him to come back out with his crew that Saturday. When that morning came, he contacted me and let me know the status for their arrival time. He and his crew were on ptime and very professional. They did a fantastic job!! The yard looked like it had bee just installed! Damian took the time to go over some water tips for keeping my yard looking great. He gave me some cost saving options for his service. He took the time to listen to my questions and answered every one. He even gave me a referral for another service that I needed. Thanks again Damian! My family is now able to spend more time in our beautiful backyard, cooking on the grill, playing with the dogs and just having a great time!!

Damian and his crew have come out to my house a few times, and every time has been a pleasure. They are courteous and efficient. I've had my citrus and palm trees trimmed with great results, basic brush trimming and clean up on an overgrown portion of my yard, and they also planned and built a 4' X 8' cinder-block raised bed vegetable garden, including a chain-link fence. Very professional and friendly team. I'll definitely use them again.

Before we decided on our landscaper we had 3 bids for the job. Damien Reese of Serenity Landscape & Home was the NOT the cheapest. My gut told me I would be happier with him doing the job......so we talked to him another time. He explained the differences between what & how he would do it and why the cost was justified.



We ended up agreeing to have him do the job. Let me tell you ... this project is about the only one I have ever been involved with that has gone smoothly from start to finish. My husband and I are perfectly happy with the finished project and it looks better than we imagined.



Damien and his crew of workers were prompt. They kept us involved and in touch as the job went on. It was finished in a week and they were they every day as promised or scheduled. Each day they thoroughly cleaned up whatever mess had been made even though they were starting back the next morning. They hosed the patio and sidewalk and street curbing. They trimmed my existing bushes and trees. When they were done it was done to a "T".



I would and will give this company the highest rating and the best referral possible. It was a joy doing business with Damien and I only wish he could do all of my home projects! Want to become a interior tile layer or painter or plumber for us?? Just joking!!



Damien estimate was a tad higher than the end total. He made the adjustment before the final payment was made to him. Completely Honest.



I had heard how unreliable landscapers can be but this was the easiest contract I have ever dealt with.

Damian came on time to our first meeting to discuss what I wanted done on my yard right after I moved into my new house which had been neglected during the long close of escrow. He was one of three or four I called for bids but he and only one other guy ever showed up. He walked with me through the entire yard, listening to what I had to say about what I did and did not want done with each plant. He listened very well and had a lot of questions for me that I didn't even think about. That made me feel like he really cared about getting it right. In the end, not only was the pricing better than the one other guy who came to my house, but I also felt more comfortable working with Damian and his team.



My project was small, just some drip system repairs, some trees needed trimmed, some dead plants replaced and a general clean-up before starting monthly service. The day of the job, he and his crew worked tirelessly to make sure everything was done right and my yard was cleaned up but didn't look like it had been scalped by the butcher like I've had from others in the past. There was a little more work that they suggested to improve the yard at a later date (since I am on a tight budget) and I got what I think is a fair estimate for that. I will definitely use Damian for that down the road. In the meantime I have used him for service for almost six months and I am very happy with how my yard looks.
