If I could give a negative star rating, I would! Horrible customer service! Said she would be at my home to clean at a specific time and never showed up. Didn t bother to call and tell me and I had to call her and text her several times before she would call back. That should have been my warning! When I finally did get her to my house it took her two trips to clean my home because I am pretty sure she works alone and doesn t have a crew. After visiting my home twice she failed to complete the job. I have a three bedroom and she didn t even clean one of the bedrooms!! Now she won t call me back, she promised a partial refund and I haven t seen a penny and of course she will not call back! Horrible, horrible horrible! Don t waste your time with this one, there are too many great cleaning companies out there that use actual cleaning crews to tackle a house and get it sparkling in a few hours. Go somewhere else!!
