        Overall

        Pamela Coffey (owner of Seattle Shades and Blinds) is a crook! Do NOT do business with her! I bought a LivingSocial voucher for $300 towards blinds and placed my order with her. I provided her with my voucher and credit card for the additional amount above the voucher amount. Pamela took my voucher, charged my credit card immediately and then never sent me my blinds. I emailed her after 3 weeks from the date I placed my order and she said that my order was dropped with her supplier. She has since not responded to my numerous emails asking for an update, or for my order to be reinstated, or to request a refund. If I could give her zero stars on this review, I would. I have never ever dealt with such a dishonest business that flat out stole my money and did not provide me with ANY product. I will be reporting Seattle Shades and Blinds and Pamela to the Better Business Bureau for being so dishonest.
