I ordered presiption glasses to be able to ride my bike. I waited 45 minutes to be wated on! I knew I had a charity ride and asked if my glasses would be in on time. He told me they should be here in 7-10 days,most likely in a week. It's been 12 DAYS and still waiting! When I called, I was informed that they should be here any day, he would check and let me know. Guess what? Another day just passed, no courtesy call and when I called back, although after hours, the answering machine said "answer off"!



I would not recommend this facility to anyone!
