        Overall

        Very unresponsive. Person who answered the phone was rude. We had an emergency situation where we need septic pumped after snowstorm. Girl was snippy and said trucks couldn't get to our house unless roads were "completely clear of ANY snow or ice" after the worst snowstorm in years. Found another service that had no problem getting to our house. Will not try to use this company again.
