Savage towed my car from in front of my home in Cary in the early morning.



When I called to enquire, they were cold, rude and unprofessional.

Savage Towing lived up to its name this last weekend in their behavior.



I was surprised when the Towing guy threatened to charge me $175/hour if I were to

get delayed picking up my car. It sounded that he was having a bad day, and wanted to take out his frustration on me.



My car had a minor dent when I got it back.

I would not recommend this Towing company to anybody. Take care!

HORRIBLE MAN, NOT HUMAN, EVIL EVIL, YET ELITE MANAGEMENT DAWN HATCH CEO HIRES HIM. THEY MUST BE FROM THE SAME BLOOD STREAM OF DEVILS.

Don't buy or rent anywhere these guys are contracted to tow. That goes for any community where the HOA is managed by Elite Management. I live in Camden Village in Cary park managed by Elite, and as I found out, with towing contracted with these guys. Our unit was just completed last month and the street side parking spaces have not yet been painted. Savage towed everyone on the street late Saturday night with no warning whatsoever because we were in "unmarked" spaces. Of course Savage knew the community had not gotten around to painting the parking lines for the new units but wanted an easy buck from unsuspecting people who thought they could park along the street just like everyone else in the neighborhood. After talking to the Cary PD, I spoke to this liar at Savage who told me he had posted 3 week warnings to everyone. I just moved in 7 days ago but whatever. Then he quotes stuff from the HOA covenants and his contract which I could care less about. He knew the spaces were due to be painted in the next week or so. He lets everyone get used to perking where their spots will be then tows them for $150 a pop before the community gets a chance to paint the lines for the spaces. This guy can look his kids in the eye each night knowing he earns his money like this. No support from the HOA so hence my comment pointing to them as well. Hopefully they paint lines in the parking area soon so we can park without having to pay a cab to get home.

I was a customer of Mr. Savage but not on my own volition. When I went into a local coffee shop to make a purchase, and I unknowingly I parked in a space for a neighboring business. When I came outside, I found a Savage tow-truck already hitched on to my car. Mr. Savage indicated to me that I had 2 options, pay 125$ cash on the spot, or he would tow my car and the cost would become 150$. He then pointed me to a nearby ATM and told me had 15 minutes to bring him the cash and added, "Don't get hit by a car on your way over." I asked if I could place my purchases in my car before my trek to the ATM and he commented. "People try to F**** with me." (Apparently that was his way of saying "NO") I asked if I could speak with the business owner where I had illegally parked before I handed him the cash and he told me he had better things to do that day. I confronted his rude comments and told him that I was in the wrong for parking where I did but he had a choice in how he treated people and collected their money. He told me I should be thankful he didn't tow the car, keep it for the weekend, and force me to pay for storage. He also said that his sarcasm and language was just a part of his personality and thats why he works for himself.



Judging by his 1 star rating (you have to give 1 star in order to post on this thing) and the other stories here, he doesn't treat his customers much better than he treated me.

This towing company is horrible. Towed our vehicle from the scene of an accident and quoted one price the night of the accident. The next day they had raised their price and demanded cash payment as opposed to credit card as agreed. They made it very difficult to coordinate the retrieval of the vehicle behind their locked yard.



Beware of this company they are absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with.



DO NOT USE Savage towing.

My truck was broken down in a parking deck on Westchase Blvd and so i pushed it out so the wrecker could get it. He shows up and parks square in the middle of the only exit from the parking deck and other people could not exit. He had plenty of room to move over so i politely asked him could he move his truck a couple feet. He in no uncertain snd extreamly rude terms said that he was not concerened with other people and would not move. So i ask him was that any way to treat his customers and his reply was "you are not my customer, you have not payed me yet" and then he said "i don't have to put up with this" and he left.‎

They were out in around 30-40 minutes and very professional.

SHOWED UP AND LEFT. PROMISED TO COME BACK. DID NOT CALL OR COME BACK. I WAS STUCK FOR 4 HOURS, COLD, HUNGRY, AND THIRSTY.

The guy who answered the phone, Pete, promised a technician will show up in 30 minutes. 30 minutes passed, I called again, Pete seemed surprised no one has showed up and promised to follow up. No one ever showed up. When I called again, the phone never got answered.
