Worst place I have been too. Staff is rude. I sent a new pair of frames to be adjusted and got the wrong frames. The optometrist at the front desk has the personality of a turnip. Good luck getting a smile out of him. Avoid this place.

had a two thirty appt. it is now four thirty p.m..i brought my elderly neighbor .94yrs old. the front desk staff at the Ingram location all look like they hate their job. they don't greet you. no smiles. nothing. zombies. restrooms are a horror. dirty. waiting is a joke, for three hours. the optometrist tech. kept grabbing/tossing the elderly neighbors face/head around and SLAMMING it into the forehead rest plate! I had to tell her to TELL him what you are going to do. Its rude. She just rolled her eyes around. Same attitude like the DEAD HEAD DESK CLERKS in the front lobby. Doctors??Slow as molasses. Take your business elsewhere. Go to TARGET OPTOMETRIST. SEARS OPTOMETRY. ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE.
