They got there within 15 minutes!! And I was in a confusing location! I ended up having a car towed by these guys through the Pep Boys towing in upper Merion/King of Prussia. The individual who towed my car was one of the nicest guys I've ever met. I'd never had my car towed before and he explained to me how they do it, plus we had a very pleasant conversation on the way to Pep Boys. Can't say too much about the business end of the deal since I didn't pay through them, but I wish every tow truck driver was like him. Quiet, uncomfortable ride alongs suck.
