To start off, the owner was rude when he initially called to schedule the appointment. He then did not even look at my appliance and misdiagnosed the issue claiming it was the main water line. I had my HOA come and he was wrong. He then refused to come back out to my home to actually fix the broken appliance and American Home Shield had to send out another technician. COMPLETELY and TOTALLY lazy. Did nothing at all and even suggested I have friends come over and help me pull out my appliances to fix it myself.

Star Services requested a four hour window of time when they could stop by to do the repair. They missed their window of time and did not notify me before they came. This lowered my view of their professionalism. Once he arrived, the repairman quickly realized that he needed to order parts. He said that the parts should come in within 3-5 business days. However, that timeframe has already passed and they haven't contacted me with an update. Also, they don't answer their business phone. This sounds like shady business when they are not prompt and there is no way to contact them. I can't recommend their service. Nor can I speak for their expertise since my appliances still aren't fixed.
I will update this review if Star Services responds in a satisfactory manner.
