Roto-Rooter Plumbers Septic & Drain Services

We tried this business based on a prior positive review, and we were not disappointed. Very responsive to calls, even during off hours (we called on a Saturday night). Went out of his way, via multiple local sources, to find parts for a gas water heater, then immediately installed them as soon as they arrived. We found the prices and labor rates to be very reasonable.



He was not aware, incidentally, that he had received positive reviews on this site until we told him. And now he'll know of this one. --SJR

I called "Ace Septic Service" 4 times in 2 1/2 weeks never got reply,,,, I called "Roto-Rooter and the cost was very high.... Now when I called "CARTER'S PLUMBING SERVICE" I not only got to talk to someone instantly, They where knowledgeable, professorial, courteous & on top of that they came out today the same day I called & I was quoted a very reasonable price... now about what they did,,,, Just what they where supposed-to and with accuracy and once again very professional. they where easy going and told me everything I need to know about my septic system & more.... This company provided very prompt service by a very polite and courteous plumber. He was very nice to talk to and even joked with my brood of children following him around. He cleared our backup and even checked our water heater as a courtesy. Even though he made several trips in and out of the house, he always removed and replaced his shoe covers, showing respect for my floors. I was also very impressed that he removed and cleaned my toilet seat and cleaned up the entire mess around the floor. That was above and beyond service. I would definitely use this plumber again, though I hope to not need them.
