Rosenthal Heating & Air Conditioning

I woke up to a cold house, called Rosenthal to come and fix it. They called to update me on the arrival time and we even earlier than the girl in the office thought. The service guy was very polite, he didn't even laugh at me when he found out that I had accidentally turned the gas off. I was so embarrassed, but he just said accidents happen and then checked over my furnace. I would highly recommend them

Called looking for after hours service on my furnace, left messages with 3 other companies. Rosenthal was the only one that had a employee answer the phone and he was out within the hour. The other companies called back 3 hours later and even one the next day. Thank you for the quick response

Called around looking for same day service, Rosenthal was the only one who answered their phone with a REAL person. They sent out a service guy and repaired the problem for the price quoted. They have a low priced maintenance program too. GREAT SERVICE AND RESPONSE!
