I sent an email immediately after placing an order and asked if I could order two wind chimes instead of just one. I never heard back via email. I then called the phone number and received a call back a couple of days later. When I called and spoke with a representative, she told me the item had already shipped and I would have to go through the entire process of ordering another wind chime and pay separate shipping and handling. This is why I sent the email right after placing the order. I did not want to pay another $6.95 for the exact same wind chime being sent to the exact same address.



So here is my advice to any potential future customers:



Make sure you realize that there is no "review order" page. When you hit the button, it just submits it. It doesn't take you to another page to review your order after you enter your credit card information.



If you send an email or make a phone call, don't expect immediate attention. Probably because they "have hundreds of customers a day" (as stated by one of the "representatives" in a previous comment).



The lady "representative" was not rude to me at all. She just didn't seem to care if I ordered again or not. She didn't go out of her way to offer anything extra to make up for their lack of response to my email. I thought she would at least offer free shipping or a $5.00 discount or something. But....no.
