R. Bedal Heating & Cooling

This company was called to check why a central ac unit was not cooling, the serviceman came and said that the unit had a bad leak and it would take 4-6 hours @ $80.00 per hour to find the leak and he would have to come back another day so he charged over $320.00 to fill up a leaking ac unit with freon and never came back, we called another company who said they could find the leak in less than 30 minutes, not only did the other company find the leak it was at the inlet valve where you put the freon and you could easily hear the leak so the serviceman from R. Bedal heating and cooling had to know exactly where the leak was. I gave the owner every opportunity to correct this and he would not, they took advantage of a single mother and other people need to know how this company operates.

I have been calling the phone number listed (ending in1609) and it continues to say that the subscriber I am trying to reach is not available, and does not give me any option to leave a message.
