In keeping with our high standards, we own and operate our own veterinary clinic exclusively for the purpose of examining and evaluating our puppies. All puppies are given a thorough veterinarian examination at our clinic before they become available to the public. Our veterinarians will not accept any puppy for reasons of health or physical impairments. Each puppy is given up-to-date vaccinations and a preventative worming treatment. Our puppies are maintained under extreme sanitary conditions. Arizona State Licensed Veterinarians visit our stores on a weekly basis performing follow-up examinations to ensure their optimum health. All kennels, water bottles and food dishes are sterilized daily with an antiviral, antibacterial disinfectant. Each of our stores employs Animal Care Technicians whose position requires them to: Ensure the puppies are eating appropriately Administer up-to-date vaccinations Provide medications if necessary Monitor & document bowel movements Groom and examine each puppy daily Actively maintain our sanitary guidelines Every puppy purchased receives a veterinary exam free of charge, by one of our many referral veterinarians. Plus, all of our puppies come with the most comprehensive health warranties available today. How do your puppies get exercise? Our puppies are rotated throughout the day to our designated play areas to ensure they are getting plenty of exercise and socialization. Each puppy gets adequate "play time" on a daily basis. I purchased a puppy ($2459.00) and was assured by the sales guy that she was not from a puppy mill. There are even signs all over the store that say "NO PUPPY MILLS GUARANTEED". Well after taking home a very, very sick puppy, I started to do some research on the "Breeder" I found out that he has over 2000 dogs that he breeds!!!! OMG! I was so shocked and I wanted to throw up thinking of what this poor puppies life was like being born there. It would make sense that she was so sick. It ended up costing me over $1800 more in Vet bills to get her feeling better. She still has issues, She is alergic to EVERYTHING! and she has grade 4 patellar luxation in both of her rear knees. That means that her Knee caps basically dislocate all of the time. The vet has quoted me over $4000.00 to have this fixed. I am just heartbroken, I have spoken to many other people who have purchased sick puppies from this company and I would emplore you to not buy your next puppy from this store that contrary to their signs, does support puppy mills. When I confronted the sales guy Dusten, He said that breeding 2000 puppies was not unusual for one breeder! Come on Puppies-n-Love. How much brainwashing did you have to do to your staff to get them to believe that is ok. Also, encouraging your employees to lie ( because I was assured that they were "home breeder" "raising these pups in their living room" Sure, 2000 dogs just running around the living room. I just feel sick and embarassed that I supported them!
