Princess Party Rentals

Today was my daughter 5th birthday party and the only party she's really had since I'm in the military. I planned on having a water slide, tables, and chairs for her party. Everything was booked ahead of time but when today came nothing was on time. They kept saying they were almost here 1-2 hoyrs passed no show, in fact they didn't show up at all and they completely stopped answering the phone. The guest arrived and I had no tables or chairs. Today was a disaster due to poor customer service and just service overall with this company. Do not do business with them. Late and unorganized
