They must have read the reviews and gotten better. I was very impressed when they showed up with all the necessary equipment needed to handle my situation. The entire crew was very polite, efficient and professional. The price was very fair and actually went over and beyond what I expected of them. They were punctual and very considerate of our neighbors. They showed me proof of insurance and were very knowledgable about my trees and what they needed to get done.

I called the number listed, and the phone was answered by a very angry sounding man.. I said I was looking for Premier Cuts, and he said "yeah this is it" in the most unprofessional manner I have ever heard. When I informed him that I was looking for the owner, he replied with "yeah this is him".. When I asked his name, he refused to tell me until I gave him mine. He then continued refusing to identify himself. When I told him I would take my business elsewhere, because he was rude and it was unprofessional, he commenced to swearing at me. I was called everything from a "crackhead" to a "nasty b***h", by this man, who's name I still don't know. I was repulsed. I'm not sure how they treat their paying customers, but I definitely won't be finding out.
