i listed my property with Edwin from Plugin Realty and had an offer within a month of being listed. My agent was very friendly and very fast to get back with me in regards to any questions that i had. i listed my property with one of his flat fee mls plans and i did not have to pay any commission to have my property listed (I think this is a great and affordable service that he is providing to seller). I would recomend them to everyone needing to sell a house.
