Greg Plaszcz-Designer and Builder The "LogMan" is my nickname and I have always enjoyed woodworking and building. In the early 1990's, I decided to pursue this hobby more seriously by attending the Great Lakes School of Log Building in Northern MN. While there, I learned the craft of Scandinavian full-scribed log construction. Since then, I have used those skills to construct a variety of things, including a small log building and most recently, rustic log furniture. Where I thought log homes would be my passion, designing furniture soon took over and I enjoy the creativity and attention to detail that is required. These unique, heirloom-quality pieces are hand-crafted using the same scribing techniques used in the building of log homes.
