Phillips Auto

This is a very unprofessional dealership. I saw a car there on Jan. 19th, Saturday. Liked the car and made an offer. Salesman Chris told me he would contact the owner and would call me back on Monday or at the LATEST Tuesday. Well, Thursday rolled around and no call from Chris. I then sent an email to the dealership expressing my concern regarding their unproffesionalism and lack of simple courtesy to not call me as promised. I then got a call from some IDIOT named Mike. This guy tells me that Chris probably didn't call back because my offer was way to low. I told this fool that wasn't an excuse for not taking a minute out of his day to call me. He then told me my offer was insulting. I told the idiot that if Chris would have called back I was prepared to up my offer but obviously that could not be done because of the non call. Idiot Mike, being unable to respond to that, said we should start over and I explained to him I wouldn't do business with them if they were the last dealership on earth. So, if you go there for a car, BEWARE. You will be dealing with unprofessional fools.....
