        Overall

        My brother passed away on october 2nd so we went october 5th tp arrange his cremation. We paid them , bought some memorial earns and were told we could collect his remains in 13 days. On the 13th day they called and said they needed a copy of his sons id.that was done immediately. Since then my mother has been traumatized every day with them calling and saying he will be cremated today. Were on day 3 of this and i dont appreciate during out time of grieving them making it worse for us all and not even a sorry for the delay
