        I made an emergency call to Oceanair on Monday during a heat wave. The appointment was set for Wednesday between 3-6 pm. No one showed to service the unit and no call was made to correct the error or to reschedule.

        Very knowlegeable, explained details in laymans terms, repaired unit, pricing was reasonable and tech was very professional. Would recommend to all businesses and friends! Great Job.
