Thanks for helping me get started with securing what I have worked for so many years to save. I was a bit skeptical at first because I had heard how some gold firms take advantage of their clients and over charge. before i even called Numis i looked up their credentials. they had A rating with the BBB and more importantly 0 complaints. They were also licensed and had a good standing with the state of california. aften i did a great amount of due diligence, I felt comfortable enough to cll them. I talk to John he was pleasant on the phone and not pushy. He send me information for free and walked through the information after i got it. He held my hand through the entire process of transferring my IRA into precious metals. Before we locked in pricing he showed me what other people where charging compared to their prices. I was very happy with the deal that i got on my metals. also they even paid for all my fees for the first year. after the transaction was done they shipped my metals within 24hrs!!! cant recommend Numis enough. they really made a scary process super easy.
