Nigro Thomas & Sons Plumbing Contractors

I initially called and set up an appointment. On the day of the appointment, Nigro cancelled due to a storm the previous night and customers with more urgent needs - no problem. When I tried calling back to reschedule - both on their cell phone and with the ansering service - I did not get ANY of my calls returned. They stated they wanted the job but not to return a phone call - no matter how busy - is unprofessional!!! I would definitely NOT recommend this company.

We had no water in our home. This company came out diagnosed and repaired our problem within two hours. It was a Friday at 5:00pm. We have never had such good presure in 15 years! Tom Nigro was proffesional and honest. They were able to find our well and make the repairs quickly, The following week I compared prices with other businesses and found that Nigro had the best price. What more could you want!!
