My sink was suffering from a leaky faucet and I didn't even know how I should fix it. I figured it had something to do with the ring going bad on the inside of the faucet but instead of wasting my time hoping I could fix it I decided to call a professional. I had dealt with New Flow Plumbing in the past and was very happy with the work Arman had done and so I called them right away without hesitation. Armin showed up and fixed the problem quickly and seamlessly and he showed me the difference in the fittings he had installed as opposed to the fittings that were already in the sink that had gone bad and the pieces he used were made from a higher quality material that wouldn't wear out or corrode like the standard sink parts. I recommend New Flow Plumbing and look forward to dealing with them in the future.

I just had one of your repairmen fix my water heater. Although he quoted me $350 for the job, I wasn’t aware it would take less than an hour to complete it. The materials used to repair the water heater was a few pieces of brass fittings.



This is a time & material business and quoting it as fixed bid without any idea of how long it will take is not fair to the customer who’s unaware of the extent of the repairs.



For new customers be advised to get a quote based on an hourly rate, number of hours and materials required for the repair. If it doesn’t add up check with a competitor.
