I called to ask ONE simple question. I was told in a RUSHED tone, " We're NOT an information service. Go to the web site". I have gone to the site before I called that's what got me to call, because of ALL the positive RATES. Well, I am sorry to say, BUT, They are to MUCH of in a hurry to help out a BEGINNER COIN collector. Thanks for NOTHING National Coin Broker. You are not on my list of doing business with YOU . YOUR LOSS, because I have rare coins and have given plenty more. Sincerely, Unsatisfied :P

I called for my dad to get information...the guy was very rude and short!!! Granted he didn't have the answer but at least act like you care!!!

I was in the market for silver and gold bullion coins and they had lower prices then everyone else I called. I received my order the next day. They will buy my coins back if and when I decide to sell.

Very good service and the highest price offered without playing games. Most dealers tried to give me a low price due to my lack of experience. I received a good price without any song and dance.

I was about to purchase coins from a local dealer and I decided to make a few calls first. National Coin Broker was one of the dealers I called, they allowed me to make the same coin purchase that I was attempting to make with several other dealers at significantly lower prices. Great service and great prices.

I emailed a list of coins, and within hours they got back to me with very competitive prices. I received a shipping slip online and shipped the same day. I received my check 24 hours after they received my coins. Very efficient!

He is highly unethical, makes offers first to lock in the sell then does his research and leaves the person trying to sell the coins in limbo. I had other offers for my coins and could have taken them had he not made an offer he later was unhappy with and backed out of claiming electric outage. I checked with FPL and his electric was not off on that day.

Upon calling he was very unprofessional quite rude and short and conversation I feel that he knows very little about what he's talking about

I have searched for a reliable gold and coin broker for a long time and have been reluctant to ship off valuable coins and bars to someone I don't know. It rather felt as though I was meeting someone in a dark alley and sending him off with my valuables while being told to wait here!

I did my research and I spoke with Ross by telephone. There was something about his immediate professionalism that gained my trust. Ross has a complete understanding and knowledge of the coin and precious metals market and within a three minute conversation he was able to make an offer to me and we had an agreement.

In the past I have been offered 20% under spot price! Ross offered full spot to me and set that in a gentleman's agreement which he honored.

His instructions were clear, his shipping label was sent, and within 36 hours he had the gold coins and bars and my bank had the deposit of funds.

In over 30 years of trading I have never experienced such professionalism, reliabilty, honesty or fairness.

When I first found his site to sell some gold coins he explained how to send them and said if I sent them over night he would put the money in my bank the next day. It sounded like a scam to me but I gave it a try and the money was in my bank no later than 2pm EST the next day. I did this with him 2 more times and he is a man of honor. I was a little spectacle about how many good reviews they had and so I called them and got Ross Baldwin and everything they say is TRUE. He told me he pays fair prices and told me as soon as I scan my package it was locked in and guarantied payment.
So I did ....and was a little scared. Then I got email updates every step of the way until he signed for it. Then I got a call that same day and his offer was fair to me. PS a lot more than I was told by another dealer.
