Mr Tow

In fifteen years of trucking I found a new high. I have never been charged $300 per hour by a tow company. Not even for a difficult tow but this guy blows me away with his attitude of "Well, Im the only one out here so deal with it". That price is not even including that fact that he advertises 24 towing and at midnight on a cold night with a stranded driver he said call me back in the morning Im tired.

Recently my son was towed by this towing service and paid in cash for the service. My son had been on the road traveling for over 30 hrs when he broke down. He failed to get a receipt. I've called 4 times asking for a receipt so I could file my insurance & each time I was told to call back. The last time I called the person hung up on me. This person was very rude and unprofessional.
