        Overall

        Great service, fast response. I had a problem with my firewall and scanner "working" together, i called and they walked me through everything step by step and had my setup going in just under 10 minutes...it was great i would recommend them and i will be using them in the future if I have any other problems with a computer again. And to the tech that answered my call (Andy i think) thanks your awesome.

        i used their remote service, it was really cool to watch them fix my computer in front of me over the internet. Paid a flat rate fee and they fixed my computer fast! it was great less than 15 mins and i was back to normal. Thanks guys!
