Molyneaux Tile Carpet Floor

We ordered waterproof laminate wood flooring and were impressed with the quality of the product. The service and installation were even more impressive. The installer took the time to replace weak floor boards in our nearly 100 year old home before laying down the subfloor and then the product. No more weak or squeaky flooring. Customer satisfaction is where Molyneaux shines above and beyond their competition.

I am a little late writing this review. With three teenagers things always seem to get pushed to the side. We had our consultation on February 22, 2018 with Susan Polaski. We were on planning on replacing the carpet in our family room but decided to do tile in one of our upstairs bathrooms and tile in our mudroom also. Susan brought many samples for us to choose from and was very patient while we picked everything out. We did not have to wait long for installation although it did have to be done over 2 days since we had both carpet and tile. We only had a problem with the grout color in the upstairs bathroom. It was not the color we had picked out. Molyneaux came back and fixed the problem and even gave us an additional discount for the issue. We love our new floors and have received many compliments. We will definitely recommend Molyneaux to anyone we know who needs flooring in the future. The amount we paid was more than we were planning to spend but the quality of the work and the product was definitely worth the price.

After shopping at many different places, we finally chose Molyneaux and we are very glad we did. Worked with Susan P. and she was wonderful! She spent over three hours with us choosing colors, carpet and explaining the differences between the carpets. Installation was amazing. Very professional. I decided to replace all of my carpet downstairs. The carpet was really worn and outdated. The in-home sales consultant, Erin, was very helpful. She helped me select a very beautiful carpet. The installers were very professional, completed the job in a timely, fashion, and cleaned up nicely. I'm very impressed with the final results.

In November, we decided that we just had to have carpeting throughout the house by Christmas. We asked Molyneaux in North Fayette to send Bill Pollock to our home. We had chosen this company before and with Bill's help had gotten wonderful results . This time was no exception. With Bill's expertise we were able to find fantastic carpeting at a reasonable price. Then, as so many projects go, we decided we should have new ceramic tile in the front entryway as well. Again, with help we got the tile that best fit our budget. (We had originally wanted marble, but found it cost-prohibitive.) Now we needed to have the whole project done before the holidays. Bill put a rush on it (at no extra cost) and had everything installed in a timely and orderly fashion. The installers for both projects, by the way, were superb. Beautiful job, worked until it was finished, and cleaned up after themselves. I couldn't have asked for more. I would never get my flooring anywhere else after having 3 such positive experiences with them.

I am definitely someone who shops around and compares prices before making a big purchase – like installed wall to wall carpeting. In my research, not only did I learn that Molyneaux consistently has fair prices, but also stellar customer service reviews. Making an appointment to have a representative come to our home and measure was so simple – it took about five seconds online and lots of weekend time slots were available. Plus, by doing so we also received $100 off our order. Dan, our sales representative called prior to showing up to be sure he brought samples that catered to our desired style and budget. He was on time and friendly. We were assured that the product that we chose was an excellent quality. Dan worked with us to make sure that our purchase was within our budget and a speedy install was scheduled two weeks following our original meeting. We are highly pleased with Molyneaux and would recommend them to anyone!

Say yourself some trouble and go some place else.

To put it simply, I have asked from the very beginning, when I contacted Molyeaux on their ContactUs web page to bring me only ceramic tiles because I wanted to have my kitchen done with ceramic tiles.



Mr. Bill Pollock, the sales representative brought me vinyl tiles and put it down on the kitchen floor for me to choose. It didn’t even crossed my mind they were not ceramic, so I didn’t touch them or flip them. I chose a color. Nevertheless, the contract was made as if for ceramic. He told me the installation was going to take a day and half because the installers have to come back the next day to put grout.



On June 25 the installers came. I let them in at 9am and went to work. They worked 6 hours from 9am - 2:45pm and they called me to tell me they were done. I was like wow, from one day and half down to 6 hours? These people are fast! When I got home I thought I was going to faint: I had vinyl tiles. No grout of any kind. The sticky kind of tiles. The ceapest, ugly looking tyles. Exactly what I didn't want and what I would have never chose.



10 boxes of sticky vinyl (I found on line that exact brand, at other stores priced at 83$/ per box + other materials, glue and sideboards + 6 hrs of labor for 2 people) = $4300. This is the price I paid. A bit high for my 13x15ft kitchen... I don’t know what is going to happen. I am still arguing with the company about the whole thing.



Bill Pollock, in my opinion did a terrible job. He must know carpet, since other people here praised him, but he definitely doesn't know tiles. Either he decided by himself to bring me vinyl when I specifically asked for ceramic or I don’t know what he was thinking for not providing me with alternatives, at least to have shown me samples of different kind and give me a quote for ceramic, one for sticky vinyl tiles one for vinyl sheet. I asked for ceramic and I only wanted ceramic. I am very, very disappointed. I never expected such a thing from Molyneaux. I had better experience with Home Depot and wonderful experience with Young Brothers. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

I would recommend Molyneau to all my family and friends. Dominique from the Greensburg store was very helpful. The carpet and flooring in the Family Room, Powder Room and Foyer looks amazing. The installers were prompt and hard working. They did a wonderful job. The clean up was excellent. Next time we need flooring we will go to Molyneau!

We once again worked with Lisa Clouse from the Robinson store to order our carpeting. The sales process and the installation of our carpeting was fantastic. We had our entire 4BR house re-carpeted and couldn't be happier with the quality of the service, carpeting and the installation. Would highly recommend Lisa and Molyneaux.

Our first experience with Molyneaux was with Gary in December, 2011. We picked a carpet and color at the showroom. When Gary came to the house to measure the room, he brought many samples. The color that we had originally picked would not work in our den. So we picked a better color. We had our new carpet installed before Christmas. We were so pleased with the service and installation that we decided to have Molyneaux do our Master Bedroom. We called Gary. He informed us that he was off due to a surgery. He refered us to a co-worker Jeff. We told Jeff what kind of carpet that we wanted and he brought many samples to the house. We picked the color and Jeff measured the room. Installation went very smoothe and efficiently. Cleanup was very good. Afterward, both Jeff AND Gary called to see how pleased we were with the new carpet and installation. GREAT SERVICE !!! 5 STARS !

I love my new carpet that I recently got from Molyneaux in Robinson. The in home visit from Jeff to get the measurements was quick and he was very helpful. The installation was done very professionally and it looked great when it was all done. My new carpet from Molyneaux has made a huge improvement to my home not only in how it looks, but comfort.
