HORRIBLE - SCAM ARTIST. My car was stuck there for 3 weeks - while they said they were looking for a cheaper part. Then gave me a 2400 dollar bill for used parts and shoddy labor!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! I took my car in to get it fixed after having an "appointment" which consisted of calling in a day before then taking my car in. I was told it would be finished by the end of the day. The gentleman patronized me by telling me he has millions of dollars invested in his company and that his equipment was top notch and that he wasn't a scamming automotive company "like the ones you see on TV shows". I knew what was wrong with my car, but I felt like he wanted to dig deeper in order to charge me more for something I didn't need to be fixed. I called later that evening to see the status on my car and they said "well the hood is up, but I haven't heard anything yet" so I gave them a couple more hours and drove to the shop to find it locked. I had to call for them to let me in and then they told me they didn't even have time to "hook it up". I was told they would give me a call the next day, but they didn't. Instead I gave them a call asking when I could bring my car in. They told me "they didn't have time for my car..." I may not know a lot about cars, but I do know customer service and if there was a star lower than one I would give it to them because they treat their customers like dirt!
