Midwest appliance is the place to go, customer friendly ,will help and answer you questions you might have, If you are doing a project and need help they will draw a diagram to try to help out or come out to fix it. great prices, have a lot of stocked items if not in stock they will order it for you, They help me out with a lot of things oven parts, dryer parts witch runs great now and most of all A/C. Mike thank again it's great to have my A/C working again nice and cool in the house Thank you for all you and your Company has done for me. I won't go nowhere else to get parts that I might need, you guys there make me feel welcome every time I walk in the door or call. Thank you again Katrina

The got out to me when they said they would and quickly repaired my oven at a fair price. Would highly recommend them to all my friends! The also have a location where you can pick up parts if you like doing repairs yourself.

Very unreliable. On my appointment day, when I hadn't heard from them, I called to check on the status. Was told they had no idea where the repairman was or how many appointments were ahead of me. I asked them to reschedule me to the next day since they could not promise me the work would be done during my appointment time. They offered the first appointment of the day and SURPRISE no one showed up. I missed work to stay home for thie appointment and their excuse? Sorry, we never rescheduled you. Will not even consider them in the future!

Almost Purchased a new Refrigerator, didn't need to, they came out and repaired it at a savings of $600.00.

I would highly recommend this company for your appliance repairs. Very nice and professional, from the person who answered the phone to the tech who came to my house. Came when they said they would, and a very fair price. The tech was very polite and professional. I am very pleased with the service, and will use them again for sure!!
