Excellent Service!! I have used Red Top Cab many times in the past. Always reliable and professional. The phone dispatchers, the drivers have all been superb. Recently, I need scheduled services in Montgomery County Maryland. I was shocked by the Horrible customer service and it made me realize how much I respect & rely on Red Top Arlington. Truely a class act.
Called for a cab, was told it would be about 20 minutes, after 30 called back and was told they just got a driver and it would be another 10 minutes!!!
Called again from where i was dropped (had no other options) and after being told repeatedly it would be 10 or 15 minutes they finally showed up AFTER AN HOUR AND 10 minutes!! I was buying groceries and can only be thankful I had skipped the freezer section!! They claimed they tried to call me and then repeated a phone number that was not mine!!
I am staying at Fort Belvoir and they claimed that they had a hard time finding a gate that was open and getting on base. It is really not that difficuly. Gate hours of operation and gate procedures for vehicles without a sticker are clearly spelled out on the Fort Belvoir website at www.belvoir.army.mil .
A reputable taxi company would do their research for the area they serve or shouldnt serve it.
Oh yeah, I also had to give the drivers directions (from my blackberry phone) to get me too and from where I needed to go. I am definitely renting a car from now on!!
Called them. Told it would be a 10-20 minute wait. They were right on cue because it was about 12 minutes. Very happy with their service and will continue to use them.
Long time Arlington cab company. Excellent cars usually very clean and in good shape. I have tried the other Arlington cab companies but always have been greatly disappointed. Call Red Top for the best service.
