Warning beware .these crooks towed my van 2.5 miles charged 199 even though i gave them van thinking i get a discount .hell no .they were rude .then when i went to get my tools out of the back i noticed there was tools and cordless drills missing very dishonest towing co .i would not recommend these crooks to anyone .stay away from matts express towing .they will steal ur stuff

I couldn't get past the hostile greeting in order to get the service. He was so completely rude like it was beneath him to come to help. I will never call them again

Ingnorent business operstions. Matt's Express towing screwed my car up after towing it from a location clearly marked okay to park after business hours. Extreamy rude and no concern to the fact that they had no reason to touch my property.

We were rear ended and the car was totaled. We called Matt's towing and very nice and clean flatbed truck showed up with a very clean and courteous driver as well. They took very good care of us in a very bad time. I highly recommend them. 03/2012 Jamie

I'm not sure what word should i pick to describe operation they are running, maybe scam would be apropriate. State of Florida should look into this because it's totally illegal, untruthfull and deceiving. After they overcharge for storage and towing "services" they run "public auction" only by posting add in the paper and not actually putting vehicles on the auction, because they keep them all for them self and sell them back for huge profit. They are not the only towing company who does that but state should start somewhere. I drove 3 hours to get to the auction on time to hear one of these stories: oooooo sorry, bike has been picked up by original owner, it went to the crusher...sorry, that was my friends kid vehicle, they want me to destroy it....or - this was a missprint, we never had that....I will definately report them to the state with vin#'s & auction dates....If you guys want to keep those vehicles - come out to the "public auction" and compete, if you pay more - keep it

Great people! They got to me very fast when my keys were locked in my car. Very friendly and helpful!
