Marathon Waste Svcs Inc

I live in the Rockdale area and have Marathon Waste Services. There are a lot of services out there that I could have chose from but this company is an awesome trash service. I like the fact that they come early! I can roll my trash container out at night and then roll it back up to the garage before I leave for work! All in all, the customer service, the price, the pick up, and the guys on the truck are awesome! You won't be sorry if you sign up for service with them.

They are always there, rain or shine. They are quick, polite, and safe.

These people are insensitive about what time they come out in the mornings, to pick up your trash and garbage. Despite our calling and speaking to an employee [more than once] and requesting that the driver NOT come to our home before 6:00 A.M., the driver has continued to come between 4:00 A.M. & 4:30 A.M. The "employee" had promised that the "services" would be adjusted; but, nothing changed.



We informed these people that if the driver came - again - before 6:00 A.M., we would discontinue using them. After this morning - when the driver came at 4:29 A.M. - we informed them that we do not want to use them any further. To make things worse, we were told [by a different employee] that they will NOT prorate a refund to us. When asked to speak to a manager, the employee said that there was ONLY a "routing supervisor" and this "routing supervisor" was not in. We requested that this supervisor call us. But, no such call has been made. In fact, we were told that this "routing supervisor" would call us, when we had called on an earlier date.



If the "Rate It" stars could reflect just how disgusted we are with them and how reprehensible they are, there would not be enough room to show it. If you use Marathon Waste Services, you will regret it!
