If I could give ZERO stars, I absolutely would! I took a car in for a quote & explained that the car had some front end damage that needed repairing (the result of an accident where insurance paid me to have it fixed) & that I would like a quote on having the whole car painted as well. After the quote was written up & given to me as 1 quote, I asked for it to be split up into 2 different services so that we could determine the breakdown of the pricing. This was obviously a HUGE deal to the man who wrote the quote, as he told me that I should have told him that from the beginning...I should have given him my insurance quote...and he wasn't going to do it...blah, blah, blah. After calling to complain to the owner about how this situation was handled, he decided that he would "help". He stated that he needed to see the insurance quote, so he could tell what types of parts were quoted & exactly which parts they quoted being replaced...so, I sent him this portion of the quote. He then calls me back saying that I did not send the complete quote (meaning I didn't give him the other company's pricing) & he would not help me unless I did. Both men were extremely rude & refused to give a new quote even after they had all of the information they needed. I will NEVER, EVER recommend this company to anyone after all of the BS that they tried pulling with me!!!
Car was wrecked... drunk driver hit it and couldnt find a repair shop. When it was dropped of a maccoo the didnt ask a lot of questions only the basics . prompt service and repair.
Dewon was very helpful during my visit to Macco. He got the price just right for me, and I will return with more work in the future
Ray the mngr. made up stories about the botched job.
he said that we only asked for half of the car to be ding free of hail damage. The car looks horrible from non-repaired damage, dust in the paint. Pay more and go somewhere else that stands behind the work they do.
