Lewis Taxi and Houston Bus Company

I'm very disturbed by how careless their drivers are. We live on a street with a speed limit of 15mph. Every day I witness at least two of their drivers coming down the street driving well over 30mph. Sometimes they hit out "slow children at play" sign and just keep on going. They obviously have no concern for safety or speed laws.

Very very poor customer service. From the minute the phone call was answered, the man was very short and rude. He did not seem interested in my business and was very unpleasant to speak to. So unnecessary! Did not, and will not give him any of my business.

Worst take I service ever I,called,for,a,ride,to,the,gas station which is,directly across from the,depot they said they,would be here in,about 20 minutes and 45 minutes later I called them,back and gave them the directions to my house,and,my address again and waited another 30+ minutes. I needed up,having,to walk,to the store and back I will never call them ever again. I,would give them no stars but I have to,give them at least 1
