Lenny's Stump Grinding & Tree

I received the worse service from this man! He showed up 2 hours late for an estimate. But out of the grace of my heart for small local business I hired him anyway. The day comes he was suppose to be here at 9:30am I call at 10:30 and he had an excuse about his son came in 3 days from Hawaii! Then he goes on to say I'm on my way right now. Well 1130 comes and he calls to say he is on his way. 1230 comes by and he's still not here for the job he said he would complete in one day. finally 1pm he shows up takes a tree down loads the limbs up to take to the dump and doesn't come back to finish the job! 4pm rolls around and I call him to find out when he will be here to finish the job he said he would finish today and he proceeds to mumble some stuff about a stump grinder and that's when I find out he doesn't even have one! He then proceeded to tell me "you know what? I think you are just cranky." Well that is when I fired him! But then I guess he quit the job when he never showed back up. He only gets a one star rating because I have to give something to post this review but my choice is he doesn't even deserve that! The man finally came back this evening to pick up the fee for what he did. Tried to fight with my husband about the entire situation and why he couldn't do what he was hired for. Drove off after getting his checking flipping us off.
