If I could give this company no stars I would. They are terrible!! We have had 4 canceled appointments with them over the course of trying to get a GE oven repaired. Repairman spent 10 minutes deciding that our oven needed a $650 control board replacement which of course was going to take 2 weeks to come in. 2 weeks came and went...no control board. After a couple of phone calls, the board finally arrived. Then the repairman canceled the first repair appointment because he threw his back out...the night before our appointment but I didn't find out till an hour past our appointment. Then he canceled the 2nd attempt at an appointment because of 10 minute snow flurry that didn't even leave snow on the ground. He finally came for the 3rd appointment attempt and replaced the control board and announced it was fixed and he was sure glad because he was worried for a minute there during the install because it didn't seem to be working. He didn't make sure that the actual problem was fixed before leaving and I naively let him go because I was so sick of the lousy service I just hoped it was fixed and I could be done with them. Nope. Not fixed. I called the very next morning and was told no one was going out that day because of bad weather but I would get a call the next day for an appointment. They called while I was at work and left a message saying they would come the next day 1 p.m. and don't throw out the old control board they had left with me. The repairman was going to need it. What?? 1 p.m. came and went, no repairman. Because I hadn't called and confirmed with them, they didn't come. And of course they didn't attempt to call me. They were just waiting for me to call again. Got another appointment. I was assured they would come in the afternoon the next day. Nope. Called at 3:30... answering machine. Left a message and ask to be called back. No call back, no repairman. Call again at 5:15...answering machine again. NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE!!

Worthless!! I called them a month ago to get my Kenmore refrigerator repaired. The technician came right away, told us that it needed a control circuit board and charged $122 (non-refundable) and said the part was on back order. At first they wouldn't even provide status (or even try to find out the status) on the part and now they they don't even answer the phone when I call. These people should be avoided! They take your money and don't provide the so-called "$99 Repair". They apparently only repair things that aren't complicated. The technician showed us how to get the refrigerator to come back on, which it does occasionally, but it still doesn't work all the time. They just take whatever payment they can and move on.

I am waiting now for 4 months to get my dishwasher repaired. He took it apart, took the housing for the control panel with him over charched me by $65 and never returned. BEWARE they are crooks. Still waiting to get my part and my $65 back!
I have called since March every week, never received a call back. And now when you call , there is only a Spanish answering service. NEVER CALL THEM. They are a fraud and should not be allowed to be in service!

STUPID!!! Called this crap hole asked for service yeah yeah sure they'll be out tomorrow afternoon. Next night I called because there has been no word. I'm sorry sir I asked my techicians and we don't go to put that far. No phone call nothing left me hanging

Answered right away on a holiday weekend. Came out within two hours. Reasonable service fee. Will definitely do business with again!
