Kidd's Towing

I signed up for AAA earlier this year (2018) on a promotion deal they had. Turned out I had a towing issue within three months. Called AAA and they advised Kidds towing in Salina would be coming out. Service was superb. I believe Justin was the driver. I had some expensive wheels on the truck that had the issues and a tire flat and rolling off the rim so was concerned for the wheel damage. The driver (Justin?) knew exactly how to operate his vehicle to prevent damage in the situation, was extremely considerate of my concerns expertly handled the situation. Very well done. Arrived on time, but still apologized for the delay in time due to another vehicle. AAA and then Kidds themselves kept me apprised of status and the Kidds office staff did a great job of keeping me updated on status and considerately asked if there was anything else they could do. I had my car towed the other day. I was upset that my car broke down. I called my insurance and requested a tow. they sent kidds tow the driver called me and told me he was 10 minutes away. he arrived in 5 minutes was very clean and a good looking truck he assured me that he would take care of my car. they did just that he also used these ramp like things and pulled the car up with his winch my car did not come close to his bed I asked him why he did not drive it up he told me it is not the company procedure I was in awe this guy cared about my car 10 out of 10 in my eye will use for life
