Kenneth Chan Insurance Broker

It's 2011, I am a customer trying to reach Kenneth. No voicemail on their phone lines. No website for the business. No email contact information. He is slow to return calls. He told me I had to use a certain business insurance policy because no one else was as cheap. Their prices kept going up, I talked to other business owners and discovered I was paying double what they were for similar coverage. Contacted a different agent who got me the exact same coverage at 40% of what I had been paying thru Kenneth Chan. Have wasted thousands over the past decade!!!!
