The veterinarians and staff at Kees Park Animal Clinic in Alexandria, Louisiana, are committed to the highest quality of medical care of our patients. This full-service animal medical center, awarded the highest level of certification by the American Animal Hospital Association, has provided comprehensive animal medical services to citizens of Central Louisiana for sixteen years. Our state-of-the-art hospital features a complete diagnostic testing lab; surgery, recovery and isolation ward; an in-house pharmacy; and boarding and grooming facilities. Our medical services include diagnostic and medical care, surgery [from routine spays and neuters to more advanced orthopedic and soft tissue surgeries], hospitalization, dentistry, wellness programs, and behavioral counseling. Prescription heartworm prevention medication, flea control products, and prescription diet foods are available. We also offer boarding services for small and large animals in air-conditioned indoor kennels. Professional grooming is also available by appointment.

We also provide patient monitoring during these surgeries such as ECG, pulse oximetry, and respiratory management.

Laboratory Services
Our clinics are equipped with complete state-of-the-art laboratories capable of providing quick and accurate diagnostic information necessary to treat your pet. A few of our services include: fecal examinations for intestinal parasites, heartworm testing, urinalysis, cytology, and tissue biopsies. Because we have an in-house lab, we can reduce the amount of wait time for you and your pet. We also use LSU School of Veterinary Medicine Diagnostic Lab and Antech Diagnostic Lab for more advanced laboratory testing.

General Pet Care

Boarding
Planning to go out of town? All of our locations have boarding services available for your large and small pets. Our air-conditioned kennels are located indoors, safe from the extreme temperatures. Your pet(s) are also exercised several times daily in our designated exercise areas.
Grooming
Kees Park Animal Clinic, located on Hwy 28E in Pineville, Louisiana across from Burger King is equipped to handle both your pet’s emergency and everyday medical needs, as well as grooming services, top of the line pet foods, and supplies.
