Did get the job done finally, charged 4 hours for a one hour job @ $195.00 an hour, and the mark up on the part was crazy, stay away, I wish we would have checked the reviews before we called this place, STAY AWAY!!!!

Never use this service!! There rates are outrageously high $230 towing bill.$195 service fee + $5 a mile

so i call this company for a tow...he said $75.00 to go 3 miles ..he also said 20 minutes..meanwhile a tow truck showed up and im thinking its them...so i tell him to tow and he said $50.00...meanwhile jonnys shows up and i said its been 35 minutes and he said no im here in 17 minutes..i said no told him when the call was made ...he says sometimes its not 20 minutes..then dont say 20 minutes..he threatens to impound my car and call police ...he wants paid for services...what services ...you cant have it both ways so i gave him $29.00 and said take it for your time or call the police...wish i had looked this company up...they will be posted all over social media...wondering how much money they actually take and claim..think irs needs to investigate this company and shut them down...they are crooks...

Horrible business practices. Avoid this company. Classic bait and switch. Quoted $65 hookup and $4/mile. Waited four hours for them to show. Once the tow was complete the charges were $195 hook up and $5/mile. Was told that was the night time rate. Showed them the call log from my cell that clearly shows me talking to dispatch at 4pm. Me waiting 4 hours for him to show should not be on me. Called management, that was useless. Everyone from the top down are in on the scam. This is a criminal organization actively practicing fraud and extortion.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!!!! LIARS and cheaters !!! They quote you one thing and then take your credit card and tripple charge you!!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!! Was quoted 65 to put the car on the flat bed and when they arrive bill you $195.00!! They tell you $4 a mile and charge $5, they added milage to the drive and when you try and get an answer they don't call you back. THE WORST OF ITS KIND!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!!! Just saw that FOX 32 news did a report stating the facts I listed above

Bait and switch. F rating with the BBB. They took me for $300 for a jump on my motorcycle. Search Jonny Towing, Even new channel 7 has a article about how they are crooks. The state needs to do something about this.

These people are good for nothing , I would never recommend anyone to do business with them after what they put me through ! They are extremely unprofessional , especially the owner John , one of the rudest business owners I have ever done business with, they tell you one price over there phone then once they have your car hooked up they act like they didn't understand what was discussed and rank up the charges leaving me on the edge of the highway over an hour away from my home with close to a $200 dollar fee charge up that was never discussed ... unbelievable. .. all this after I was just hit by a semi 2 days prior. Obiously taking advantage of a young lady because he could get away with it ! Stay away from these people ...

Do not use this company. They are money hungry. Cold night and my car was not starting so I called Jonny's and one of their drivers got to me in like 30min. To my luck when Jonny's driver tried to start my car, it happened to work. So towing it was no longer an option. The driver William B. was very impolite and stated " that'll be $195.00. CASH! I understand a fee had to be assessed but $195.00 and cash ? when I asked why so much, he simply stated that was the service fee specially on a cold night. And that the business didn't accept credit cards past 5:00pm. So a service fee of $15.00 would be added. So $210 for basically horrible service. DO NOT CALL THIS TOWING COMPANY I pray they go out of business so they stop ripping people off.

This company will take advantage of you and your family. We were quoted $65 tow hook up as advertised and $3 per mile. When my wife was given bill there was a $165 hook up, $5 per mile tow and an extra $100 fee for $5 per mile for him to drive to her location. First all he never mentioned it let alone how do we know if he drove 20 miles to her!! When she disputed the bill he denied the quote and advertising, then threatened her that he would not release the car and take it to there lot!! SHE WAS IN TEARS!! When I notified the owner he was very arrogant and rude. HE SAID HE DID NOT CARE AND TOLD ME TO BAD!! WOW. DO NOT USE THIS TOWING COMPANY! !
