I have never felt ripped off here. They are pricey but I feel like they only give my car the service it needs, nothing more.

I was amazed by the job they did in my car, it was wonderful. My car was total wreck and they were able to fix all my auto body problems which I am thankful for since I will now be driving a brand new looking car. Thanks again

I simply came here because of all the great reviews I read online. I was intimidated when I saw all the high performance cars parked in the garage, thinking they wouldn't look twice at me. I came in through the door with a clunker I dragged all the way from Alaska and a tight budget. I was treated like a close friend and left there with confidence and more knowledge about my vehicle as they explained everything ever step of the way. I have never been so satisfied in my life. I would go a very long way to get this customer service and craftsmanship again

This auto shop is the best so far for me. My car wasn’t turning on and I needed to have someone checked it and repair it but how was I going to do that if my car didn’t want to turn on. I called John and he said he could tow my car to his shop I was so glad. He made the repairs in my car and sooner than I thought it was running great. Thanks John

They do a great job I’ve been coming with them for about two years now and every service I get from them is great! They take good care of my car. I recommend them strongly. To me they are trustworthy and reasonable with pricing.

My car was absolutely a mess I got into a car accident last month, if you’d seen my car was total mess internally and outside. It didn’t even seen like it was a car any more that’s how bad it was! After looking for many places to see which one I could afford and that I liked and had a good vibe was this one, Johns auto body. Since when I stepped my foot in the property they helped me out and I felt welcomed. They went straight to the point and I really liked that, they gave me an estimate and I accepted. They told me when they would have my car ready and they did. I really like them I will recommend friends and family members here if they ever need help. Thanks John.

They always kept me up to date on what was going on, and they did their best to assist me in living my life with minimal inconvenience. My car hasn't run this good in years, I'd highly recommend these guys!

I was very impressed with the customer service I received here. Not only did they completely repair my car, they gave me a loner for free until my car was fixed! That was very convenient for me and will definitely get them some referral business from me!

Johns Auto Body is the only place that I will take my car for its repairs. Everyone is really friendly and they always take excellent care of my car!

This place puts a gun to your head! My daughters car was disabled at the Syracuse University. John's towed the car 3 miles and charged $165 plus $75 to look at the car!!!! Plus $1500 more than any other service center to fix the car!



We live in New Jersey, when we tried to get the tow paid he wouldn't accept our credit card over the phone!!!!!!
