Terrible! Not professional AT ALL. We tried to make an appointment a few times and he failed to show up every time. He must have a short time memory because each time we spoke about what happened to him, he asked us where we lived and what was the problem. I didn't appreciate the slight attitude on the phone either. We got the job done by someone else.
