Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever seen.. borderline verbally abusive to customers. . You would think that they would read these reviews and realize PERHAPS there is a problem... please save the trip and go elsewhere.

Tortugapic is correct - these are the WORST in customer service I have EVER experienced.

DO NOT go here to get your parts. By far the worst customer service I have experienced with a junkyard. Very shady, small print in regards to the receipt, and just as expensive if not more for parts than a place that will pull the part for you. Save yourself the trouble and take your business somewhere other than Joe Boys.
