My church group recently used ...

My church group recently used the service provided by jetset Line and I can safely say that we were all very satisfied with the service provided by this company. We rented the charter bus for a day trip to a Disney park and from the moment we called to inquire on the pricing to the drop off at our church we were treated with professionalism and respect. We give Jet Set Line 5 stars for their great service, and will definetly be doing bussiness with them in the future.

This was the first time I have...

This was the first time I have ever tried going on Jet Set and I had a very good experience. The people who took down the reservation were extremely nice and answered all my questions. Also the driver was very nice and super funny. I had absolutely no problem on my trip from Orlando to Miami. The bus was very clean and very presentable. I completely recommend them if you ever need this kind of service.

IVE BEEN TRAVELING FROM MIA TO ORL SINCE 5-6 YRS, ALWAYS ON BUS. THIS IS MY 1ST TIME WITH JETSET.



THEY WERE :30-:40 MINUTES LATE. WE WERE THERE SINCE 4AM, LIKE THE WEBSITE SAID AND SOME OTHER DRIVER, FROM ANOTHER COMPANY, HAD TO CALL HIM TO SEE WERE HE WAS. THERE WAS NO TV, NO SNACKS... CONTRARY AS THE WEBSITE SAID. THEY GIVE YOU NO REFUND. THEY CANNOT COMPENSATE YOU IF YOU MISSED AN APPOINTMENT BECAUSE OF THEIR LATENESS, OR IF YOU ARE OFFENDED BY THE EXPERIENCE. THEY CANNOT CALL YOU OR GIVE YOU A SATISFACTORY EXPLANATION. ALL I RECIEVED WAS A LAME EXCUSE THROUGH EMAIL. WATCH....

Comments: We were a group of 6 adults and 2 kids and a baby. We traveled for the 1st time from Miami to Orlando (round trip) and im sitting right here while im writing this... THIS BUS STINK LIKE PORTABLE POTTY. SMELLS HORRIBLE AND IM HIGHLY OFFENDED, AND CRYING JUST THE FACT I HAVE TO WAIT 4 HOURS TO GET OUT OF HERE. The first complaint was when the bus arrived almost :40 min late and im surprised how extricted JetSet sound on their website. No movie, nothing. Just a bottle of warm water. And now going

The chemicals used are very similar to those used in a mobil restroom and must meet the specifications of the bus manufacturer and characteristics set forth by the Environmental Protection Agency which causes them to have a similar scent. Regardless how much explanation you are giving me, it was too many reasons for my first time, to make an unpleasant experience. One trip is enough to judge the way JetSet works. You must know, there are other companies worth the $7-$10 more and have a great experience. Last but no least, you dont even have, besides excuses, to complement a customer for such horrible 5 hr trip.

School field trip

We used Jet Set to transport our students to the science center for our yearly field trip. The sevice was fantastic. We will definitely use them again!
