I called JCB to give an estimate on repairing a roof leak in my home. Both Olivia in the office and Bob who came to see the problem were more than courteous. Bob quickly saw what he thought was a bullet hole in my roof. He repaired it on the spot with roofing caulk and refused to let me pay him. As a kindness he resealed around the chimney flashing and around all four vent pipes, again refusing to accept payment. I wish I had a house that needed a new roof. I would hire JCB in a heartbeat. In addition to being courteous, prompt and super helpful, they are one of the few roofing companies in Savannah certified by shingle manufacturers to install their products. This means they are trained by the manufacturers to install their roofing and you get a much longer warranty on the labor and material than you do with non-certified roofers.

He listened as we showed him where we had leaks from the roof that penetrated into the home, where we had rotted facie boards that needed to be replaced and how we needed the boards my husband had cut for the dormers to be put on. He told us not to worry he would take care of everything. When he showed us the price for everything, we couldn't believe it, his was the most reasonable estimate and the cheapest we had received after interviewing 5 different roofing companies, not counting two that never called me back. The crew Bobby sent was so professional and such hard working guys. They arrived at 8am, surrounded the house with tarps and began ripping off the roof In no time. My husband said it would take all day to remove the roof and there was no way they could replace all the sheets of plywood and boards due to leaks and still put on a new roof all in one day. Well he was wrong! Not only did they replace all the damaged boards, replaced the facie boards, put up our dormer boards and put on a beautiful Architectural Roof, but they did it all in one day and finished at 7 that evening. They did such a Beautiful job and the crew went around the house a couple of times picking up stray nails that missed the tarp. When I told them not to worry about it, they would not stop looking. Every time I had a question prior to or even during the job, if Bobby couldn't take my call at the time, I was so impressed for he always called me back even after the job was done. I can not say enough about this company. They are the most HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY, POLITEST and HARDEST WORKING CREW I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Great job and done in one day. The people who work for this company are very nice and hard working. Excellent job cleaning up the site after completing the roof. Competitively priced. We are very pleased.

The person I spoke to on the phone said he'd be by my home the following day and would call in the morning to schedule a time. He never called nor did he come by.
